3. Booking and Payment

Travelers are responsible for understanding the health and safety risks of their destinations. We recommend obtaining relevant vaccinations and travel insurance.
8. Liability
Easy Trips acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from services provided by these third parties.
9. Force Majeure
Easy Trips is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Use of Website
- Content: All content on our website is for informational purposes only. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee it.
- Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and data on our website are owned by Easy Trips or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Luck Draw Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The draw is open to UAE residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Easy Trips & Tours FZ LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The entry period for the draw begins on the publish day and ends on the mentioned date on the advertising. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
How to Enter: Participants can enter the draw by purchasing an entry voucher for 5 USD via the website "Non-refundable". Multiple entries are allowed
Prize: The prize consists of a 1-night stay in Ras Al Khaimah "Hotel will be decided with every draw". The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received within the entry period. The draw will occur every Thursday
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Email & WhatsApp within max 2 working days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within 14 Days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Publicity: By participating, entrants agree to allow Easy Trips & Tours FZ LLC to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Disqualification: Easy Trips & Tours FZ LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
Amendments: Easy Trips & Tours FZ LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Easy Trips & Tours FZ LLC is not responsible for any technical failures or human error that may occur in the administration of the draw or the processing of entries.
Governing Law: This draw is governed by the laws of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE .
Privacy: Personal data collected during the draw will be used in accordance with Easy Trips & Tours FZ LLC's privacy policy.
